The new plan seeks to revolutionize production processes, with its focus on improving galvanizing and dryer processes to increase combustion efficiency and fully utilize gas, which will contribute to improving the overall performance of the plant.
The Hit Metal Galvanizing Factory stands out as one of the most advanced galvanizing factories in the Kingdom, as it relies in its work on double-dipping techniques that comply with international standards such asASTM, ASME, and API certified, a testament to the factory’s commitment to high quality and continuous improvement of production processes.
Moreover, the plant’s efficiency plan could include the use of advanced process monitoring and data analysis technologies to ensure efficient energy use and improve productivity sustainably. The plan may also include investments in employee training and development, with the aim of ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and according to the highest standards of safety and quality.
